During the International Guitar Festival, guitar makers and others have the opportunity to exhibit their products in the Festival Centre.
In the foyer of the AOK educational centre, tables are provided. These can be placed against the walls as desired. Stands cannot be reserved but can be chosen on site. If the desired stand is already occupied, you may choose another one.
Reservations
Spaces in the exhibition area can be reserved by the day or for the whole week of the festival.
Exhibitor’s ID
Each exhibitor receives an exhibitor’s ID. This can be picked up on arrival at the Infopoint in the Festival Centre. It will not be sent in advance.
Concert tour
If you have reserved an exhibition space for the whole week you may attend all the concerts of the International Guitar Festival. A festival pass is included in the price.
If you are exhibiting on individual days, you will receive the concert tickets for those days at a discounted price.
The tickets are not transferable to other persons and are valid only in connection with the exhibitor’s ID.
Exhibitor concert tickets are not available in advance or at the evening ticket office. Please order them directly in your online registration or via the registration form in the festival brochure.
The exhibitor concert tickets are deemed to have been booked when the invoice has been paid. If the concert is sold out, the amount will be refunded. Until then there is no entitlement to the concert tickets.
Collection of exhibitor concert tickets
The exhibitors must collect their tickets for the respective concert at the Infopoint in the Festival Centre by 5.00 pm at the latest. Otherwise, the ticket will be released for sale.
Accommodation and meals
Accommodation in single or double rooms and meals (vegetarian or vegan on request)are available in the Festival Centre. If desired, please book this separately when you register. When booking the accommodation, meals are included automatically.
Payment
After your registration, you will receive an invoice for the total amount of your booking, which is payable immediately. Your registration is only binding upon receipt of the invoice amount. The remainder must be paid no later than 31.07. Cash payment is only possible in exceptional circumstances.
Safety
Each exhibitor is responsible for the safety of his exhibited products. The festival organization accepts no liability.
